Update the topic field as a function of the original topic name and the record timestamp.

timestampHeaderName	string		CamelKafkaTimestamp	The name of the header containing a timestamp
topicHeaderName	string			The name of the header containing the topic name. When not set, the default Kafka topic header (CamelKafkaTopic) is used.
